Every three to four months, we hold regular training days which are compulsory for all of our cleaners to attend. The training they receive is based on feedback that we receive from our clients, which we actively encourage our clients to send.
We perform regular spot checks and regular quality checks, to make sure that our cleaners are providing clients with the level of service that we expect. If there is ever an issue with a particular cleaner, we are quick to act on client feedback and correct the issue or replace the cleaner with someone else.
