Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations
A minimum of 2 working days’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of cleaning services. Cancellations made with less notice are subject to the full charge for the booked visit.
2. Minimum Term and Notice
The minimum term for regular cleaning services is four weeks, with a two-week notice period required to terminate ongoing arrangements.
3. Access and Working Conditions
The client must ensure that cleaners have access to the property on the agreed date and time, and that hot running water and electricity are available.
If access is not available, the hourly rate for each cleaner will apply for the scheduled duration.
A parking space for one vehicle must be available during the clean. If metered parking is required, it must be covered by the client, or a valid parking permit should be provided.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all required cleaning materials, equipment, and clean cloths/sponges, unless otherwise agreed.
The client must inform us in advance of any delicate surfaces or items requiring special care.
5. Feedback and Service Quality
To help us maintain our standards, feedback is always appreciated. Any issues or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning visit so that we can address them promptly.
6. Payments
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date by Standing Order or bank transfer.
Late payments may incur an interest charge of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.
7. Private Employment of Staff
The client agrees not to employ, directly or indirectly (whether legally or on a cash basis), any cleaner or contractor introduced by Trusted Honest Workers Ltd within 12 months of their last service by Trusted Honest Workers Ltd.
Breach of this clause will result in a private employment fee of £850.00 per person, invoiced and payable immediately. The client will also be liable for any legal or collection costs incurred in recovering this fee.
